O'Night at the Races

Our March 21^st event has been postponed until May 9th - Ohio Valley Jaycees Night at the Races, this year with a St. Patrick’s Day spin (even though it is now in May for safety purposes), so join us and come get your Irish on.
 
Throughout the years the OV Jaycees have raised money for many worthwhile charities, including: Relay for Life, CASA, Youth Service Systems, the United Way and Catholic Charities to name a few. Locally we run school supply drives, collect food for less fortunate, provide coats for those in need, and provide Christmas presents to children spending their holidays with DHHR. So, as you can see, supporting the OV Jaycees goes a long way.
 
CORPORATE SPONSOR - $500 – receives logo on race form and flyers, recognition during the event, and 2 ticket bundles (4 tickets & 2 horses - $100 value)
 
RACE SPONSOR - $250 – sponsorship of a race, recognition during the event, and 1 ticket bundle (2 tickets/1 horse - $50 value)
 
We are also in need of Chinese auction items, gift cards/certificates, and/or monetary donations. Any donation you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. If you are able to donate, please detach & fill out the donation form. The event will be held at the El Tor Grotto onMay 9th  from 6-10 pm.^.  There will be a Chinese Auction, 50/50, and fun supporting your favorite horse in the races. Ticket includes hor d’oeuvres, beer, pop, and water. Tickets will be $20.00 per person. Horses are $15 or 2/$25, or you can get a package deal of 2 tickets and 1 horse for $50.
