The House of the Carpenter in Wheeling, West Virginia, is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for their new Youth Center at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. The ceremony will be held on the House of the Carpenter property at 200 South Front Street in Wheeling. Sandra Steiner Ball, Resident Bishop of the West Virginia Conference of The United Methodist Church as well as local officials and all the students from Madison Elementary will be participating in the event. The public is welcome to attend. The groundbreaking will also be live streamed on the House of the Carpenter Facebook page for those that can’t attend in person. Reception to follow.
