Celebrate Youth Festival
Youth Services System Inc. invites everyone to enjoy a FREE day at Wheeling Park on Aug. 1! Cool off in the pool, paddle around the pond and putt around the mini-golf course. Pick up free school supplies and helpful information on local resources at the ice rink, where inflatables, games, crafts, food, entertainment and more will take place all day. Everything is FREE!
