Catholic Charities Spaghetti Dinner
The annual Catholic Charities Neighborhood Center Spaghetti Dinner offers a great meal along with large and small raffle prizes all benefiting the Neighborhood Center on 18th Street in Wheeling. The Neighborhood Center is open 6 days a weeks, serves free breakfast and dinner along with other services and assistance for our neighbors struggling to get by or dealing with homelessness.
