Catholic Charities Impressions of Hope Gala
The 9th annual Catholic Charities Impressions of Hope Gala will celebrate Mardi Gras 2019 on Saturday, March 2, 2019. Proceeds from the event will support the programs and services of Catholic Charities WV in its Northern Region which includes the Neighborhood Center on 18th Street in Wheeling.
