Area high school juniors and seniors are encouraged to come meet with 65+ colleges, universities, trade programs and more at the 2025 Wheeling Area Chamber College & Career Fair. The new location at the Highlands Sports Complex offers more room for expansion and an accessible location! Students will register through their schools and guidance counselors in the early part of the 2025-2026 school year. 

Participation enables you to meet with approximately 1,000 prospective students. Set up time will begin at 7:30 AM with students arriving via a prearranged schedule beginning at 8:30 AM.

The College Fair Registration fee is $125 for College and University representatives and includes one eight-foot table, continental breakfast, and lunch. Extra tables are an additional $50.

Training and Apprenticeship Programs may register for $250 per table. Examples of this would be manufacturing, energy, and technology companies that offer training and apprenticeships that lead to employment.  Please note: this is NOT a job fair- the Training and Apprenticeship Program applications will be reviewed by our Education Committee to ensure they meet the criteria for inclusion. This fee will also include one eight-foot table, continental breakfast, and lunch. Extra tables are an additional $50.
 
This year, College and Career Fair participants have the option to stay for the Business & Nonprofit "Expo After Hours" from 4-7 PM to market toward professionals in the Wheeling Area for an additional $50!
